How to pay
Payment for screening may be made by the organisation engaging the employee or volunteer (the applicant) or by the applicant themselves.
Individual applicants who are uncertain who is responsible for paying for their screening should check with the organisation concerned.
Method of payment: Screening payments can be made online by credit card, or may be invoiced to an organisation that is eligible for this option. The DCSI Screening Unit does not accept cash payments.
Note: Organisations should ensure that they have nominated a Finance Officer, as this is required to enable online payment.
Select who is to pay: When starting a screening application online, the requesting officer in the organisation selects the option in the appropriate section of the form to indicate who will be paying for the screening assessment.
Will a receipt be provided? A printable receipt with a reference number will be available when your online payment has been confirmed.
